Basil Alkazzi: Portraits (Photomontages)

This exhibition presented a selection of Basil Alkazzi’s photomontage works from the Portraits series. Curated by Vivienne Thaul Wechter, the presentation focused on Alkazzi’s photographic and collage-based practice, developed during the mid- to late-1980s alongside his painting practice. The works explore constructed portrait forms through layered photographic processes.
