The Basil Alkazzi & Halima Nalecz Acquisition Fund
In 2018, The Basil Alkazzi & Eva J. Pape Purchase Fund was endowed at the National Museum in Gdansk in order to purchase Contemporary Polish Art by Polish artists working outside of Poland.
In 2019, the Basil Alkazzi & Halima Nalecz Acquisition Fund allowed the National Museum in Gdansk to acquire a collection of 153 paintings, exhibited at the Palace of Art.
